Jackie Donaldson (Green Up) + Annual General Meeting

Our Guest Speaker for Monday, January 23, 2023 is Jackie Donaldson, Program Coordinator at Peterborough Green Up. 

Jackie Donaldson specializes in communications, public outreach, and program development. A big fan of the Kawarthas and community-based environmental action, Jackie has thirty years of experience in the non-profit, public health, municipal, small business, and media sectors. Jackie has a Bachelor of Arts degree, with Honours (Anthropology), and Bachelor’s of Education from Trent University where she is currently working on a Master of Arts in Sustainability Studies.

Jackie will speak about Green Economy Peterborough, a new local network that helps its members to identify, set, and achieve sustainability goals while improving their bottom line. Through coaching, educational opportunities, peer networking, and celebration events, Green Economy Peterborough helps members to make reductions in emissions, water and waste and engage in other sustainable business practices.

We will also hold our Annual General Meeting this week.
